tare SG erm... mine is an "indoor" dog... he dare not venture away frm the doorstep even when i open the main door
Wanda SG Ya, so it's much cheaper to adopt a cat, and less maintenance too. I figured one pet cat would cost an average $25 or less per month to upkeep. It's much less than what some folks would spend on a zhi char meal !
hisoka SG pluck some grass and put into its food? and erm cat so cheap meh? no need check up, food, etc?
elindra SG Wah so guai Mine finds every opportunity to run out of the house to gai gai I had to patch all the holes which he can squeeze through
the Bear SG i'm suddenly seized in the grip of The Fear when i think there may be little Hisk Jnrs running around
Wanda SG It could be that he may not be allergic to the lamb, but some other component in the dry food...e.g. yeast, which can cause itchiness in some cats...then they'll scratch until almost botak.
Wanda SG Of course, $25 average per mth excludes medical lah. It covers good quality food, and cat litter...best to keep the pet healthy with good quality food, to avoid fewer visits to the vet. BTW tare, do you vaccinate your dog yearly?
tare SG lamb based holistic dry food.... and his supplement... of cos his occasion carrots and apples (tat is if i got do grocery shopping)
elindra SG I dunno the dog will only eat grass when it is not feeling well At least the last 5 dogs I kept all did that First 4 dogs ate anything we fed them and will eat rice and vegetables The last dog is the fussiest (most spoilt I guess) Must rotate his menu or he won't eat (Chicken liver, Bak Kut, Fresh Beef, pork & egg) Will not eat dried food Hates veggies and fruits but love Durian My dad loves feeding him fatty pork coz he said he is so skinny and not as cute as his friend's Japanese spitz which is really fat and cute He never did fatten up and all the fatty meat only made him more hyper
hisoka SG i think tare's dog eats better than she does. actually i think the diet is bettter than most of ours
ShrodingersCat SG My cat eats combination of packet wet food and dry food. wet food about $1 per packet. She easts 1 packet for breakfast a day. that makes it... $28 Dry food.. maybe an additional $0.60 which she eats every night for dinner. Right now she very good girl quite healthy and all. She doesn't require litter in her bin so as long as I change the newspapers regularly its ok. and she knows I'm talking abt her. Sleeping soundly suddenly she lifts her head up stare at me. geez.
